Got a hole in less than 3 months

I purchased this coat for my daughter for Christmas and she liked it very much. Unfortunately, in just a couple of months, she had a hold in the seam near the neck. Backcountry.com has not been helpful about getting the coat replaced or refunded. I have contacted Marmot directly but no word from them either.

Short Arms!

My poor wrists will be exposed if I wear this coat. It's a great length down to mid thigh or so, but the arms are about 3 inches shorter than I'd like them to be. Seems to be a common problem with puffy coats these days. The proportions don't seem right all around in this one. Cute otherwise but sadly will have to return. Also, the zipper seemed very cheaply made for to price of the coat.
