Perfect addition for road trips
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
We did our research and felt that the Force XT Sport would exactly the product we needed for more space on road trips and we couldn't have been more right. After adjusting the roof racks on our Ford Explorer to the right positions the Force XT Sport we were able to easily get the box in the right place and use the Thule system to secure it in place. The box feels sturdy but it is not heavy; it is easy and light enough for 1 person to lift on the vehicle. The securing system was easy to use and after tightening the clamps down the box felt like it wasn't going anywhere. Our first trip was 8hrs at highway/interstate speed and we had no issues and since then the box continues to impress. It does not move once secured appropriately, there was no noticeable noise, and gas mileage was not impacted for us. We would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for more space on their road trips.

Does this need adapters to attach to a roof rack? For reference I have a 2017 Subaru Outback.
